This page explains what data FunMindo and its third-party partners hold when you play Stack It!, what can be deleted, how to request deletion, and the expected timeline. Your privacy is important to us — we make this process as simple as possible.

What Data We Hold About You

Stack It! is designed to be minimal with data. Here is a complete breakdown of everything that may be stored when you play the Game:

FunMindo does not operate its own servers. We do not store any personally identifiable information on FunMindo infrastructure. The only data you can ask us to delete is leaderboard data held by Unity Gaming Services on our behalf.

What we cannot delete: Aggregate or anonymised analytics data that cannot be linked back to any individual. Crash reports that contain no identifying information are retained by Google per their policies. FunMindo has no ability to delete data held solely by Google on Google's servers.

Simply uninstalling the Game deletes all locally stored data (currencies, skins, settings) immediately. If you also participate in the leaderboard and want that data removed, please send us an email request as described in Section 3.

How to Request Deletion

Requesting deletion of your leaderboard data (Player ID, display name, scores) is straightforward. Follow these steps:

Note your Display Name

Open Stack It! and note the display name shown on your leaderboard entry. This helps us identify your record quickly.

Send us an email

Email funmindostudio@gmail.com using the template below. You do not need to provide any personal information — just your in-game display name.

We confirm & process

We will send a confirmation email acknowledging your request within 3 business days, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Receive completion notice

We will send you a final email confirming that your leaderboard data has been permanently deleted from Unity Gaming Services.

You do not need to provide your real name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information to submit a deletion request. Your in-game display name is sufficient for us to locate and delete your leaderboard record.

Deletion Timeline

Once we receive your deletion request, here is what to expect:

Day 1–3
We acknowledge your request by email and verify your display name against our leaderboard records.
Day 3–30
We submit the deletion request to Unity Gaming Services. UGS processes and permanently deletes your Player ID, display name, and scores from their servers.
By Day 30
We send you a final confirmation email confirming that deletion is complete. Your entry will no longer appear on any leaderboard.

In most cases, deletion is completed significantly faster than 30 days. The 30-day window is the maximum in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

Requests on Behalf of a Child

Stack It! is rated for Everyone (3+) and is designed for a general audience, including children. The predefined name system ensures no personally identifiable information can be entered by any player, regardless of age. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has participated in the leaderboard and you wish to have their data deleted:

Parents and guardians can submit a deletion request on behalf of their child using the same email template in Section 3. Please mention in your email that the request is on behalf of a minor. We will prioritise these requests and aim to confirm within 24 hours.

Please note: because Stack It! uses a predefined name system (no free-text entry), no child can have entered their real name or any personally identifying information on the leaderboard. The only data is an anonymous Player ID and a curated display name.

Third-Party Data Controllers

For data held directly by our third-party partners, you must contact them directly. FunMindo cannot request deletion on your behalf from these services:
