Stack It!

We collect only what is necessary to operate the Game and its features. The table below details exactly what is collected, why, and where it goes.

✅ FunMindo does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number. However, certain data such as device identifiers and Advertising IDs may be collected automatically by third-party services (e.g. Google AdMob) integrated into the Game — see Section 4 for details.

🔒 Stack It! does not require account creation, login, or registration of any kind. You can play the full game without providing any personal information.

• To display your chosen name and score on global leaderboards (Weekly and All-Time)
• To serve advertisements through Google AdMob and generate revenue to keep the game free
• To improve gameplay experience and maintain game functionality
• To measure ad performance and optimise ad frequency
• To comply with legal obligations under applicable Indian law

FunMindo does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, or phone number. FunMindo does not sell, rent, or trade any personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), FunMindo processes data on the following legal bases:

• Consent — By downloading and playing Stack It!, you consent to the collection of device identifiers and Advertising IDs by Google AdMob for the purpose of serving advertisements and improving app performance. You may withdraw this consent at any time by uninstalling the Game or opting out of personalised ads in your device settings (see Section 5).
• Legitimate use — Leaderboard functionality (anonymous Player ID, predefined display name, scores) is processed for the legitimate purpose of enabling global score rankings. Basic operational data may be processed for maintaining app functionality and preventing abuse.
• Legal obligation — We may process and retain data to the extent required to comply with applicable Indian law, including the IT Act, 2000 and the DPDPA 2023.

Stack It! integrates the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy — please review them individually.

  Delivers in-game advertisements. May collect device identifiers and Advertising IDs. FunMindo takes reasonable steps to configure ads for a general audience, but cannot guarantee the content of every individual ad served by AdMob. You may opt out of personalised advertising via your device's Google Settings → Ads.

  Powers anonymous authentication and global leaderboards. Stores your predefined display name and scores. A randomly generated Player ID is used — no personal data is required to participate.

Stack It! is free to play and is supported by advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to show you relevant ads based on your interests.

You can opt out of personalised ads at any time:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalisation"
• Reset your Advertising ID: Settings → Google → Ads → "Reset advertising ID"

Opting out means you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised to your interests. Game functionality is not affected.

• Local device data (game progress, coins, settings) — stored only on your device via PlayerPrefs. Deleted when you uninstall the game.
• Leaderboard name & scores — stored on Unity Gaming Services servers for as long as the service is active or until you request deletion.
• No FunMindo backend. FunMindo does not operate its own backend servers or databases for user data storage. All user-related data is handled entirely by Unity Gaming Services and Google — FunMindo has no direct access to raw user data.

Stack It! is designed for a general audience, including children, and is rated for Everyone (3+) on Google Play. We take reasonable steps to configure advertisements appropriately for such mixed-age audiences, including limiting ad personalisation where applicable, in line with Google Play Families policy.

FunMindo does not directly collect personally identifiable information — such as name, email, or phone number — from children or anyone else. The leaderboard display name feature is designed for all ages. Because all names are predefined and curated by FunMindo, no player (including young children) can enter personal or inappropriate information — the predefined name system protects all users on the leaderboard.

If you are a parent or guardian and have any concerns about your child's data, please contact us immediately at funmindostudio@gmail.com and we will take steps to address the issue promptly.

Our advertising is configured for a general audience. We take reasonable steps to limit ad personalisation for mixed-age audiences in line with Google Play Families policy; however, as ads are served by Google AdMob, FunMindo cannot guarantee the content of every individual advertisement served.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information handled through Stack It!. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We rely on industry-standard third-party services (Google, Unity) that maintain their own security practices.

Since we do not operate our own servers or databases, FunMindo does not store, process, or have access to personally identifiable information beyond what is visible on the public leaderboard.

You have the right to:

• Access — Request information about what data we hold about you
• Deletion — Request deletion of your leaderboard name and scores
• Correction — Your leaderboard display name cannot be changed after saving. If you need it corrected, contact us at funmindostudio@gmail.com and we will assist
• Opt-out — Disable personalised advertising via device settings (see Section 4)
• Withdraw consent — Uninstall the game to stop all data collection

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at funmindostudio@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days in accordance with applicable Indian law (Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Stack It! after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through an in-game notice or Play Store update description.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the details of the Grievance Officer are provided below. Users may raise complaints or concerns related to this Privacy Policy by contacting the Grievance Officer directly.

We take all grievances seriously. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.

FunMindo operates from India. This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Any disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
