Stack It!

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and FunMindo ("FunMindo", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the mobile game Stack It! ("Game") and any related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are under 13 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must read, understand, and agree to these Terms on your behalf before you use the Game. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

FunMindo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Stack It! is a casual mobile game developed and published by FunMindo, available for free on the Google Play Store for Android devices. The Game features:

• Casual stacking gameplay suitable for players aged 3 and above
• Three in-game currencies — Coins, Diamonds, and Crowns — all earned through gameplay and optional rewarded advertisements
• A block skin shop where all currencies can be spent to unlock cosmetic items
• Optional global leaderboards (Weekly and All-Time) with a safe, predefined name selection system
• Advertisements delivered via Google AdMob

Stack It! is part of a growing portfolio of games developed by FunMindo. These Terms apply solely to Stack It! and do not govern any other FunMindo title unless expressly stated. Other FunMindo games may have separate Terms of Use.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FunMindo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play Stack It! on your personal Android device solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. The full licence terms — including what you may and may not do with the Game software — are set out in the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference.

This licence does not include any right to:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or assign the Game to any third party
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game
• Create derivative works based on the Game or its content
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game

Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by FunMindo.

You agree to use Stack It! only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following rules apply to all features of the Game, including leaderboards and display names.

FunMindo reserves the right to remove any display name and/or leaderboard entry that violates these rules, without prior notice.

Stack It! features three in-game currencies — Coins, Diamonds, and Crowns. All currencies are virtual, exist solely within the Game, and carry no real-world monetary value.

The Three Currencies

Virtual Currency Rules

• All currencies (Coins, Diamonds, Crowns) hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or real-world services
• All currency balances are stored locally on your device and will be permanently lost if you uninstall the Game
• FunMindo reserves the right to adjust earn rates, costs, currency types, and skin availability at any time
• Any attempt to generate, duplicate, or manipulate currencies through unauthorised means (hacks, exploits, modified APKs) is strictly prohibited
• FunMindo is not responsible for any loss of currencies or unlocked skins due to device failure, factory reset, uninstallation, or technical issues
• Unlocked skins are cosmetic only and do not affect gameplay performance or scores

Stack It! offers optional global leaderboards (Weekly and All-Time) powered by Unity Gaming Services. Participation in leaderboards is entirely voluntary.

How the Name System Works

Stack It! uses a safe, predefined name system specifically designed for our 3+ audience. Here is how it works:

• When you access the leaderboard for the first time, a name selection screen will appear
• You are presented with a randomly generated name chosen from a curated list of safe, age-appropriate predefined names
• You may shuffle the name as many times as you like until you find one you are happy with
• Once you tap Save, your name is locked in permanently — it cannot be changed after saving
• Your saved name will then appear next to your score on the leaderboard

Leaderboard Integrity

• Only scores achieved through normal, legitimate gameplay will be accepted
• Scores generated via cheats, hacks, modified APKs, or exploits will be removed
• FunMindo reserves the right to remove any leaderboard entry it deems suspicious or in violation of these Terms, without prior notice
• FunMindo does not guarantee leaderboard availability at all times — the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• Weekly leaderboards reset on a regular schedule; historical weekly scores may not be retained

Stack It! is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. The Game is designed for a general audience, including children (rated 3+), and we take reasonable steps to configure ads appropriately for mixed-age audiences. By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements are an integral part of the free-to-play experience
• Ads may appear at natural breakpoints in gameplay (e.g. between rounds)
• Rewarded video ads are always optional — you choose whether to watch them in exchange for in-game currencies (Coins, Diamonds, or Crowns)
• AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to serve relevant ads (see Section 13 – Privacy Policy)
• We take reasonable steps to configure advertisements appropriately for our general audience (including children), limiting ad personalisation where applicable in line with Google Play Families policy — however, as ads are delivered by Google AdMob, FunMindo cannot guarantee the content of every individual ad served

FunMindo does not endorse the products or services advertised within the Game. Any interaction with advertisements is at your own discretion. FunMindo is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

To opt out of personalised advertisements, refer to your device's Google Settings → Ads (see our Privacy Policy for instructions).

All content within Stack It!, including but not limited to the game engine, graphics, artwork, sound effects, music, animations, user interface elements, game mechanics, code, and the FunMindo name and logo, are the exclusive intellectual property of FunMindo or its licensors, and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content within the Game without the prior written consent of FunMindo.

Your leaderboard display name remains your own content. By submitting it, you grant FunMindo a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the in-game leaderboard and in any related promotional materials for the Game.

Stack It! is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• FunMindo does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
• FunMindo does not warrant that leaderboard services will be available at all times
• Game features, including coin rewards and ad availability, may vary or be unavailable in certain regions
• FunMindo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time without notice

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FunMindo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Stack It!, including but not limited to:

• Loss of in-game currencies (Coins, Diamonds, Crowns) or unlocked skins due to device failure or uninstallation
• Loss of leaderboard data due to service interruptions
• Any harm arising from third-party advertisements or linked third-party services
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal data stored therein

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FunMindo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Game shall be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to download the Game, or (b) INR 100 (one hundred Indian Rupees). As Stack It! is provided entirely free of charge, this effectively means liability is excluded to the fullest extent the law allows.

FunMindo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to features of Stack It! (such as the leaderboard) at any time and without prior notice, if FunMindo determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling Stack It! from your device. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data (including coins and game progress) will be deleted from your device. Leaderboard data stored on Unity Gaming Services servers may be retained until deletion is requested.

Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Governing Law) shall survive any termination of this agreement.

FunMindo may revise these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through an in-game notice or a Play Store update description. Your continued use of the Game after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Game and uninstall it from your device.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Stack It!. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of this agreement.

Key privacy points relevant to these Terms:

• FunMindo does not directly collect personally identifiable information — no real name, email, phone number, or location is collected by us
• Leaderboard participation uses only an anonymous Player ID and a predefined name — no personally identifiable information is ever entered or stored by FunMindo
• All in-game currency balances (Coins, Diamonds, Crowns) are stored locally on your device only
• Advertisements are served by Google AdMob, which may use your device Advertising ID

FunMindo operates from India. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
